Sarah Tamm, Sr. Partner - Energy and Utilities

Sarah Tamm is a Senior Partner with Verigility and co-leads the Energy & Utilities practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience managing complex engagements supporting Electric, Water and Gas Utilities domestically and internationally. Sarah is an effective change agent who specializes in cross-functional process improvement and organizational alignment to improve business performance. She is an experienced leader, who enjoys working with customers to implement business and technical solutions.


Prior to Verigility, Sarah was the Vice President of PMO and Major Accounts at Aclara, where she held various leadership roles with a focus on Smart Meter Technology (AMI, MDM, Meter Installation), Project Management, PMO Creation, Product Development and Process Improvement. Sarah has led many AMI and Smart Meter implementations for some of the largest utilities in the United States.  Sarah’s strengths include:

He also co-leads the Energy & Utilities practice, where he brings more than 25 years of complex transformational experience to our clients. He is committed to achieving Customer's desired outcomes, serving as the trusted advisor, and leading highly effective and engaged teams.


Pablo's background spans initiatives covering strategy development, deregulation, generation capacity buildout, transition to clean, decentralized energy, IT optimization and technology programs, quality assurance, Shared / Services, and back-office optimization (e.g., F&A, SCM, HR), customer centricity, grid modernization, and digital transformation.
