Kim is an accomplished Organizational Leader and Business Partner with expertise in operations, technology, and team leadership for Insurance, Finance, Health Care and Utilities industries. She knows how to apply technology to transform and simplify business processes while delivering bottom line measurable benefits and maximize corporate potential through innovative business process changes & technology, cost containment, client-focused product development, quality control, and outstanding customer care. 

Prior to Verigility, Kim was the Director of Digital Transformation with Arizona Public Service, where she held various roles with a focus on Technology Strategy, Digital Technologies, Enterprise Data Management & Governance, Product Development, Process Improvement, and Operational Efficiencies.  Kim has led many technology initiatives and implementations throughout her career for large domestic and international companies.  Kim’s strengths include:
